Maureen Healy - Chief Operations Officer
As a founding partner of Rescue Capital, Ms. Healy is responsible for the start-up, development, planning and implementation of all company strategies as well as operations. In this role she not only established the company’s information systems, she developed, implemented and enhanced all the company’s processes and procedures for accounting, budgeting, human resources and legal activities. In addition, to her vast responsibilities she oversees marketing policies, procedures and distribution. Ms. Healy is not only responsible for running the day-to-day operations, she serves as a mentor and strategist as the business continues to grow.

Ms. Healy was previously employed at specialty finance firm J.G. Wentworth for over 17 years where she was instrumental in the continued success of the company as it grew from eight employees to more than 300 personnel. She helped to successfully build specialized underwriting programs for structured settlements, annuity and other products and partnered with the senior executive team to develop standard operating procedures regarding underwriting, marketing, human resources, and office administration, and has earned a strong reputation for her expertise, insights and effectiveness. Ms. Healy is a graduate of Peirce College.
